Tom Brown is a different writer. Over the years, he has explored many ways to communicate his thoughts. He wrote ebooks in the 1990s!

 He wrote the first online book about leadership, The Anatomy of Fire, by posting chaplets on a weekly basis and having readers respond — and thus shape — the direction of the book.

In Stretch!, Tom celebrated the millennium by writing a collection of faux news stories with headlines and dates stretching out all the way to 2100.

In Labor Saving Devices, he used a 10-minute play format to urge people to think about the nature of current management.

In one of his most popular works, Tom created 12 short Fiscal Fairy Tales as thought-provoking discussion starters. While definitely an exercise in humor, each of Tom’s tales try to make a point about the way organizations and people can often collide.
